VENDOR SERVICES AGREEMENT

This Agreement is entered into as of April 1, 2026, between TechCorp Inc. ("Company") and ServiceVendor Solutions ("Vendor").

1. SERVICES
Vendor shall provide software development and maintenance services as described in Schedule A attached hereto.

2. PAYMENT TERMS
Company shall pay Vendor $25,000 per month within 30 days of receipt of invoice.

3. TERM
This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue for 12 months, unless earlier terminated.

AI output is a starting point and is not a substitute for qualified legal review on high-stakes matters.
Is my data secure? Who sees my contracts?
Contracts are encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). No LexVio employee reads your documents. We do not train our models on your data without explicit consent. SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications are on our roadmap — see /trust for current status.
What's included in the free plan?
3 contract scans/month, top 3 risks per scan (fix suggestions are on paid plans), and 500 MB vault storage. The free public scanner at /scan gives 3 additional scans per day with no account.
What does Compliance AI monitor?
